EPIX and DISH Renew Carriage Agreement

NEW YORK & ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Feb. 16, 2015EPIX and DISH Network L.L.C. have reached a multi-year renewal agreement for continued carriage of EPIX to DISH customers.  In addition to its four channels – EPIX, EPIX 2, EPIX 3 and EPIX Drive-In – DISH customers who subscribe to EPIX will have access to more than 2,000 Video-On-Demand titles on DISHAnywhere.com, EPIX.com and via the DISH AnywhereTM and EPIX apps on hundreds of devices.

This renewed agreement between DISH and EPIX will add popular new releases such as Transformers: Age of Extinction, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Interstellar, Selma and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1.  DISH customers will continue to have access to some of the biggest new films from EPIX’s studio partners – Lionsgate, MGM, Viacom and its movie studio unit Paramount Pictures – as well as great documentaries and special event music and comedy programming.

and Comedy on AT&T U-Verse TV

DALLAS, Texas – (July 14, 2014) – AT&T U-verse TV® and the EPIX Premium TV network have reached a distribution agreement to deliver thousands of movies, original documentaries, concerts and comedy specials to AT&T U-verse customers. Starting today, AT&T will begin distributing EPIX as a premium offering across its U-verse TV platform. AT&T will carry four new channels:  EPIX, EPIX 2, EPIX 3 and EPIX Drive-In. To celebrate the launch, AT&T U-verse will offer customers a free preview of the network the weekend of July 25-27.

EPIX will be offered for $8 per month with U-basic and above TV Packages.

New York, NY, January 5, 2012 – EPIX announced today the introduction of a new movie channel and a rebranded channel for DISH Network viewers, expanding movie choices in DISH’s America’s Top 250 programming package as well as for premium subscribers to the Blockbuster Movie Pass.

 

Bringing the fun and excitement of drive-in movies to DISH subscribers, EPIX Drive-In launched January 1st on channel 292 as part of DISH’s America’s Top 250 package, with select titles also available on demand and online to authenticated DISH subscribers on EpixHD.com and Dishonline.com.  Dedicated to celebrating the best in genre films featuring action, comedy, sci-fi and horror movies of the 1970’s, 80’s, 90’s and beyond, EPIX Drive-In , formerly named The 3 from EPIX, will present a lineup of wild, rebellious and edgy movies such as The Terminator, Child’s Play, Back To School, Rollerball, Teen Wolf and many others, all uncut and uninterrupted.
