Hotel Cocaine is a 2024 crime thriller TV series about Roman Compte, a Cuban exile and CIA operative who manages the Mutiny Hotel, a glamorous nightclub, restaurant, and hotel in Miami during the late 1970s and early 1980s cocaine boom. The hotel was a central hub for the Miami cocaine scene, attracting a diverse clientele including Florida’s elite, international narcos, CIA and FBI agents, models, sports stars, and musicians. The series follows Compte as he tries to keep the hotel running while also pursuing his own American dream.
