Joining the cast of GRAVES in a supporting role this season is Spencer Grammer, who will portray “Katie Farrell,” Margaret Graves’ new campaign communications director, a blonde conservative princess cut from the cloth of Ann Coulter and Kellyanne Conway. As Isaiah’s Republican Dream Girl turned girlfriend, Katie takes Isaiah under her wing and makes big plans for his political career.
From sitcoms to police dramas to romantic comedies, Spencer Grammer has taken on a diverse range of roles and proven that she can shine in any medium. She can next be seen in the independent features “Random Tropical Paradise” opposite Bryan Greenburg, “I’d Like To Be Alone Now” from producer Rob Margolies, and “The Outdoorsman” opposite Peri Gilpin. She was most recently seen on CBS’s hit show “Scorpion,” ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy,” and in the recurring role of Jean Cassidy on NBC’s “Chicago P.D.” For five seasons, Grammer starred as Casey Cartwright on ABC Family’s hit series “Greek.” She also starred in the NBC comedy “Mr. Robinson” opposite Craig Robinson, and NBC’s reboot of the hit show “Ironside” opposite Blair Underwood. Additional TV credits include “As the World Turns,” “Royal Pains,” “CSI: NY,” “Law & Order SVU,” “The Bedford Diaries,” “Third Watch” and “Clubhouse.” Her film credits include “Boone: The Bounty Hunter,” “Missing William,” “Beautiful Ohio,” “Descent,” “2BR/1BA,” “Beyond Paradise” and ”In Lieu of Flowers,” which premiered at the Newport Beach International Film Festival. Grammer can also be heard as the voice of Summer on the Adult Swim hit animated series “Rick and Morty,” which is in its fourth season. Spencer is a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College. She currently resides in Los Angeles.
