A dedicated and passionate photographer, who is just starting to discover his style, Jimmy’s a charming and sensitive 22-year-old young man. After college graduation, he returns home to Long Island for the summer and quickly falls back into the arms of his ex-girlfriend Jill, faced with the ultimate dilemma of whether to continue this relationship or risk losing his new job photographing for National Geographic in Alaska.
Sam Vartholomeos was born and raised in Queens, New York City. His stage credits include the recent world premiere of Ethan Coen’s A Play is a Poem at Center Theatre Group/Mark Taper Forum, and John Patrick Shanley’s Prodigal Son at MTC. On television, he played Danby Connor in “Star Trek: Discovery” and has guest starred on “Law & Order: SVU”, “Bull”, and “The Following”. He is a graduate of La Guardia H.S. of Music, Art, and Performing Arts, and the City College of New York with degrees in Psychology and Philosophy. Sam was named one of Variety’s actors to watch in the 2017 Youth Impact Report.
