Michelle Forbes stars in BERLIN STATION as “Valerie Edwards,” the no-nonsense administrator who serves as a Berlin Station Internal Branch Chief.

Michelle Forbes’ portrayal of a grief-stricken mother in the AMC series “The Killing” earned her an Emmy nomination for ‘Best Supporting Actress’ in a Drama Series. Prior to that, Forbes starred in the groundbreaking Alan Ball series “True Blood” for HBO. Additionally, she starred as ‘Kate Weston’ in the HBO series “In Treatment”, opposite Gabriel Byrne and Dianne Wiest.

Forbes can be seen in “Mockingjay: Part 2” – the last installment of Lionsgate’s hit franchise Hunger Games. Over the course of 30 years, Forbes has been a part of many acclaimed, groundbreaking, award winning series including “Homicide” (NBC), “The Returned” (A&E), “24” (FOX), “Battlestar Gallactica” (SyFy) to name a few. Forbes also starred in the revered miniseries MESSIAH for BBC, along with winning the International Monte Carlo award for ‘Best Actress’ for her portrayal as a fragmented woman in the Gemini winning Canadian series “Durham County.”

She can currently be seen in the critically acclaimed independent film “Columbus” opposite John Cho and Haley Lu Richardson for director Kogonada. Upcoming, she will be seen in “Say You Will” for director Nick Naveda, and “Gemini” opposite Lola Kirke and Zoe Kravitz.
