Joanna Strevens is an Executive Producer at Carnival Films. She has worked across drama development and production for the past 20 years, starting out at the BBC on shows such as BBC1’s Afternoon Plays, Merseybeat and Holby City, before joining Talkback Thames’ long-running crime drama The Bill. She then joined Hat Trick Productions, developing, and working across the productions of a raft of projects including BBC 1’s Fairytales, and ITV’s The Suspicions of Mr Whicher. Prior to joining Carnival, Jo was at Kudos productions, where she was Head of Development and also Story Producer on The Tunnel: Sabotage for SKY/Canal+.

Jo joined the team at Carnival in 2016 where she has since developed a variety of shows for the international marketplace. She is currently working on the development of a number of new projects and is also an Executive Producer on Belgravia: The Next Chapter for MGM+.
