Charming and frequently the object of desire, Mikey received his college degree in accounting to appease his family and fit in. With the help of Tammy, he begins to rediscover his passion as an artist, and confronts the idea of abandoning a safer path to consider a future in the arts.

JanLuis Castellanos was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic where he grew up with his grandmother until the age of nine then moved to New Jersey to live with his mother, step-father and three younger siblings. Growing up with a natural talent for athletics, JanLuis balanced high school as a state champion wrestler while finding a passion in choir and theatre, starring in musicals “West Side Story” and “Jersey Boys.”

It was modeling after college however, that brought JanLuis to Los Angeles, scoring campaigns with popular brands such as Adidas, Abercrombie & Fitch, and even a National Network Commercial for Coppertone USA. While attending the ‘New Collective’ – an acting studio in Los Angeles, he found great success in the industry.

JanLuis began attracting the attention of producers when he was cast as “Topher” in HULU’s hit original series “Marvel’s Runaways”. Bringing to life a character that’s a not-to-be-trusted vampire with a dark secret, and starring in Quibi’s ‘Don’t Look Deeper’. But it wasn’t until his most recent project that grew his popularity and showcased his true acting ability to the public eye by portraying the role of ‘Diego Torres’ on Netflix’s hit series ’13 Reasons Why’, who serves as the main antagonist of Season 4 in the series.
