Chris Lowell stars in GRAVES as “Jeremy Graves,” Richard Graves’ only son, recently back from the war in Afghanistan and desperate to find a new identity amidst the chaos of the former first family.


Chris Lowell currently recurs on Jenji Kohan’s new Neflix series “GLOW” which was released in June 2017. Audiences recently saw Chris star opposite Cynthia Nixon in the Williamstown Theater Festival production of “Kinship.” He appears in the latest Borderline Films drama “Katie Says Goodbye” opposite Mireille Enos, Christopher Abbott and Olivia Cooke.

 

In 2015, Chris shot “Complete Unknown” opposite Rachel Weisz, Michael Shannon and Kathy Bates, which premiered at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival. In 2014, Chris starred in the critically lauded FOX show “Enlisted” as well as in the “Veronica Mars” feature film, based on the cult TV show, opposite Kristen Bell. He received praise for his performance in The Debate Society’s acclaimed play “Jacuzzi.” In addition, Chris saw the theatrical release of his directorial debut “Beside Still Waters” through Tribeca Film. His other feature film credits include “Up in the Air” and “The Help,” for which he received a SAG Award and a National Board of Review Award for his work.

 

Chris has also built a successful career as a fine art photographer. His work is included in the Elton John Collection and the Sovereign Collection. In 2010, he co-hosted Photo LA alongside David LaChapelle. His most recent exhibit, “Thirty-One Days,” opened alongside Vivian Maier at the Jackson Fine Art gallery.

 

Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Lowell studied film production at the University of Southern California before continuing his studies at the New School. He is also an alumnus of the highly respected Sundance Labs. Lowell currently lives in New York.
